CANCELLATION POLICY
We require 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling an appointment. If you miss an appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s) and we will not schedule another appointment for you until the fee has been paid. If you are more than 15 min. late for an appointment, we may not be able to perform the service(s) you were scheduled for and may have to reschedule. The cancellation/no-show policy will apply. All service, product and package sales are final. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide a product exchange or product credit if needed!
